**预订流程**

6. 选择入住及离店日期(会议时间为2025年7月25日至28日，请根据行程选择入住天数)。

Liaoning Hotel, the main conference venue, offers a preferential price and has rooms reserved for attendees. As July is Beijing's tourism peak season, the room reservation deadline is June 30, 2025. Please book before this date to avoid inconvenience.
